RMTV Training Session: Wednesday 12th February @2pm - Introduction to Buddies in Training (BiT) - Junior Buddies with Dr Sarah Kofoed via Zoom
Dear All,
We are looking forward to supporting you all on your rehabilitation training journey. As part of RMTVs commitment to supporting not only the education & training of AFRM trainees, we are excited to continue our Buddies In Training (BiT) program for 2025. All new Victorian AFRM trainees have been matched with a current AFRM trainee to act as a “buddy” (peer support) to assist with your transition into your new training positions. We know what it is like when you start a new position – so therefore, RMTV are assigning another registrar to assist with your queries about training requirements, exams and adjusting to the increased responsibility of being a registrar. Each buddy has volunteered for the program & looking forward to supporting your journey.
Our introduction session for junior buddies (all new trainees) will be held on Wednesday 12th February between 2-2.30pm via Zoom. This would be an ideal way to find out how to get the most out of this initiative.
