Please join us on Wednesday 10th May as we have an important session on Polypharmacy & De-Prescribing presented by Dr George Noble (Geriatrician, Austin Health) & Jess Dayment (Pharmacist, Austin Health). Dr Noble is an experienced geriatrician who has many years working in the NHS Trust before arriving in Australia. He is currently employed at Austin Health and caters for the GEM patients on Mellor Unit at Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre. Jess received her BPharm at Monash University and has been a recent fixture at Austin Health, currently stationed at Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre.
